Finley’s Kitchen Cooking School meets in Elkader, Iowa in a large, beautiful commercial-quality kitchen at St. Joseph Parish Hall (class not affiliated with St. Joseph Church), 330 First Street SW, Elkader, IA 52043. Our cooking focuses on healthy eating through healthy cooking. You only need to sign up for one session at a time, so no need to clear your calendar for months! Apron use, recipes and instructional booklets, plus all food, equipment and containers (if needed) are included in the class fee. Class size is limited, so please sign up soon.

Overheard at a weight-loss class: “I’ve learned that if a food looks good and tastes good, I can’t have it.” WRONG!!! Healthy eating can be delicious. A dear friend said she never says “Yum!” as often as when she’s eating fresh and healthy. Come join us as we learn how to use spices and herbs to dress up REAL food! Put the “Yum” back in YOUR food!
